Your order is not accepted until the Winetee store confirms its acceptance. Before accepting your order, we must receive and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as the Winetee store may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

The Winetee store is powered by Shopify technology, enabling us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through our Store are conducted directly between you and the Winetee store. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Winetee, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to your transactions in the Winetee store.
