Product Delivery

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Clothing (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Caps), Bags, Mugs, and Pillows: 3–5 business days

  • Phone Cases: 5–15 business days

  • Notebooks: 5–15 business days

Product delivery is available within the territory of the European Union and United States of America..

Delivery of the Product(s) to the Customer is subject to a fee unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise. The currently available delivery methods and delivery costs are provided to the Customer in the “Delivery Costs” section. The Seller offers the following delivery method:

  • Courier delivery

Available delivery methods may depend on the payment method selected by the Customer or the type of Product. Delivery options may also change when placing multiple Orders simultaneously, particularly due to the types of Products included.

The total waiting time for the Customer to receive the Product (delivery time) consists of the time needed for the Seller to prepare the Order for shipment and the time required by the carrier to deliver the Product.

The Order preparation time begins from the day (the start of the delivery period):

  • the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited — in the case of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card.

The above time must be increased by the delivery time of the carrier, which depends on the delivery method selected by the Customer.

If an order includes multiple products from different categories, the shipment may arrive in two or three separate packages at different times due to dispatch from various warehouses. In such a case, a shipping fee will be charged for each selected product category. The product categories are:

  • Clothing (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Caps), Bags, Mugs, and Pillows

  • Phone Cases

  • Notebooks
